What it means for payments
DZD is a pay-out-only currency: we buy it and pay it out by SWIFT straight away, and it can’t be held or received. When ARTS / ATCI is closed, the beneficiary’s bank credits the payment on its next business day.
The value date is the day the money is available to the beneficiary. A closing day on either side of a payment, sender’s or receiver’s, pushes it back. Timings are typical, never guaranteed.
