- Who can pay my EUR IBAN?
- Any payer whose bank is in the SEPA area can send euros to it by SEPA, as they would to a supplier in their own country. The account details carry your company’s name, so the payer sees who they are paying. If you expect euros from a bank outside the SEPA area, ask us first.
- How fast is the IBAN issued?
- Within 48 hours of your account being approved. Approval itself depends on the KYC/KYB review of your business, its owners and its expected activity. Onboarding hasn’t opened yet; the waiting list is open.
- Can I receive US dollars or pounds?
- Not into named account details yet: USD and GBP account details are planned for vetted customers after launch. Today, you can top up your balance in 35 currencies, including USD and GBP, by SWIFT into a collection account, using your own payment reference so the money is matched to your balance.
- What does it cost to receive?
- On the MENA plan, an incoming SEPA payment costs: Free; a SWIFT top-up: 0.25%, min €25.00. Other plans differ; the pricing page has every figure. Banks in a SWIFT chain may deduct charges of their own before the money reaches you.
- Does a European IBAN make my company European?
- No. It gives you European account details for receiving and sending euros. It is not a European licence, registration or legal establishment, and TrillioniPay is not a bank: the account details are provided through a regulated Lithuanian partner.
- Can I send money from the same account?
- Yes. Euros go out by SEPA to beneficiaries in SEPA countries, and every other payment goes by SWIFT, in the currencies we pay out in. The send-money pages list every destination.
