Bank of Algeria: rate decisions and meeting dates
The policy rate applied to the main refinancing operations was set at 2.50% by Instruction 02-2026 of 7 January 2026, down from 2.75% under Instruction 08-2025 of 31 August 2025.
The Bank of Algeria does not publish a calendar of monetary policy meetings. Rate changes come as a numbered instruction that takes effect on signature, so there is no date to count down to.
