Do I need a SWIFT code to send money to Iceland?

For a euro SEPA transfer the IBAN is enough. For other currencies, or a SWIFT wire, you need the bank’s SWIFT/BIC code as well.

The bank has several codes. Which one do I use?

Use the code the beneficiary gave you. If you only know the bank, the head-office code (8 characters, or 11 ending in XXX) is accepted for international payments.
